Time management

Me and Rosie need to ensure that we have some sort of time table which will allow us to keep organised and think about what shots we are going got film and when. It is also important that we check with the band that they are free to come along and take part in the video, otherwise we would be wasting valuable time not being able to film.
We have decided on the first two filming dates for our video. The First day of filming will be Monday 19th September at 3:20pm and the following one will be Sunday 25th September. We aren't entirely sure how much time we are going to need therefore we are going to wait until after Mondays filming session to see how much progress we have made and we will then decide whether we need further time to film after Sunday and set the dates from there.
In the First session we are going to record as much of the recording studio shots as possible and if we don't manage to fit them all in we will carry on with that next time. If we do manage to finish them all we will then move onto filming some outside shots depending on the weather.
In the second session we will carry on with the outside shots and possibly finish recording. If we do not finish filming on the Sunday we will then confirm another date for filming.
